Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your personal styling consultation. If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation time will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your consultation, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance will not incur any additional fees.

If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but availability may be limited. Multiple rescheduling requests may be subject to administrative fees.

Refund Process

If you cancel a consultation in accordance with our cancellation policy, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.

Service Satisfaction

We are committed to providing exceptional personal styling consultation services. If you are not satisfied with your consultation experience, please contact us within 7 days of your consultation to discuss your concerns.

We will work with you to address any issues and may offer a follow-up consultation or partial refund depending on the circumstances. Your feedback helps us improve our services and ensures we meet our commitment to client satisfaction.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice or cancellation, the full consultation fee will be charged and no refund will be provided. We understand that emergencies can occur, and we will consider extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

If you are running late for your consultation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, though the consultation duration may be reduced to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.

Service Modifications

If we need to cancel or reschedule your consultation due to circumstances on our end, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule at no cost to you or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

In the rare event that we are unable to provide the scheduled service, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or provide a full refund of any fees paid.

Australian Consumer Rights

Our cancellation and refund policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement service if there is a major failure in the service provided, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

These statutory rights cannot be excluded or limited by our cancellation policy. If you believe you have experienced a major failure in our service, please contact us immediately to discuss your options.
